施工中常用的藍(lán)色護(hù)欄,其生產(chǎn)過程需兼顧安全性、耐用性和實(shí)用性,多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的細(xì)節(jié)把控直接影響最終產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。
The commonly used blue guardrails in construction require consideration of safety, durability, and practicality in the production process, and the control of details in multiple stages directly affects the quality of the final product.
材料選擇是生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),需優(yōu)先考慮強(qiáng)度與耐候性。護(hù)欄的主體框架通常選用鋼材,應(yīng)確保鋼材的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn),避免因材質(zhì)過軟導(dǎo)致護(hù)欄變形、斷裂。同時(shí),鋼材需經(jīng)過除銹處理,可采用酸洗、磷化等工藝去除表面銹跡,為后續(xù)防腐處理奠定基礎(chǔ)。藍(lán)色涂層材料的選擇同樣關(guān)鍵,應(yīng)選用戶外專用的防腐涂料,具備良好的耐紫外線、耐酸堿性能,確保護(hù)欄在長期日曬雨淋的環(huán)境下不易褪色、剝落,維持藍(lán)色外觀的持久性和防護(hù)效果。
Material selection is a fundamental step in production, and priority should be given to strength and weather resistance. The main frame of the guardrail is usually made of steel, and the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel should meet the standards to avoid deformation and fracture of the guardrail due to the material being too soft. At the same time, steel needs to undergo rust removal treatment, and surface rust can be removed using processes such as acid washing and phosphating, laying the foundation for subsequent anti-corrosion treatment. The selection of blue coating materials is equally crucial. Outdoor specific anti-corrosion coatings should be chosen, which have good UV resistance and acid and alkali resistance to ensure that the guardrail is not easily faded or peeled off in long-term sun and rain environments, maintaining the durability and protective effect of the blue appearance.

工藝處理直接影響護(hù)欄的耐用性和安全性。焊接工藝需嚴(yán)格把控,焊縫應(yīng)均勻連續(xù),無氣孔、夾渣等缺陷,焊接完成后需進(jìn)行探傷檢測,確保焊接質(zhì)量。涂層施工過程中,需保證涂料均勻覆蓋鋼材表面,厚度達(dá)到規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可采用靜電噴涂、浸涂等工藝,使涂層與鋼材緊密結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)防腐性能。涂層干燥后,需檢查表面是否有流掛、漏涂等問題,確保藍(lán)色外觀均勻一致,無明顯色差。此外,護(hù)欄的邊角需進(jìn)行圓角處理,去除毛刺和尖銳部分,防止施工人員意外碰撞時(shí)受傷。

After welding is completed, non-destructive testing should be carried out to ensure welding quality. Electrostatic spraying, immersion coating and other processes can be used to tightly bond the coating with the steel and enhance its anti-corrosion performance. After the coating is dried, it is necessary to check whether there are any issues such as sagging or missed coating on the surface, to ensure that the blue appearance is uniform and consistent, without obvious color difference. 尺寸精度與一致性不容忽視。生產(chǎn)過程中需使用精密設(shè)備進(jìn)行切割、成型,確保同一批次護(hù)欄的立桿、橫桿長度一致,孔徑位置準(zhǔn)確,便于現(xiàn)場組裝。護(hù)欄的整體平整度要高,安裝后不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)歪斜、彎曲等現(xiàn)象,影響防護(hù)效果和美觀度。對(duì)于有特殊尺寸要求的護(hù)欄(如弧形、異形護(hù)欄),需通過精準(zhǔn)的模具設(shè)計(jì)和加工,保證尺寸符合施工場地的實(shí)際需求。
Dimensional accuracy and consistency cannot be ignored. Precision equipment is required for cutting and forming during the production process to ensure that the length of the vertical and horizontal bars of the same batch of guardrails is consistent, the hole position is accurate, and it is easy to assemble on site. The overall flatness of the guardrail should be high, and there should be no tilting, bending or other phenomena after installation, which will affect the protective effect and aesthetics. For guardrails with special size requirements (such as curved or irregular guardrails), precise mold design and processing are required to ensure that the size meets the actual needs of the construction site.
